Dr. Vladimir Beroun is a Czech-born government affairs and communications professional. Currently he leads government relations and stakeholder engagement of Airbnb in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Russia. He works with governments, cities and other stakeholders to harness the economic, environmental and social benefits of the sharing economy, digital technology and innovation.

Previously he advised global tech companies on EU public affairs, partnership building and stakeholder engagement in Brussels, and also held various positions in the public sector. In addition, Vladimir is passionate about global affairs and has received a Ph.D. degree in EU-Asia trade relations.
